This somewhat moody cassette tape was purchased at that religious thrift store
over there in Bellflower, Ca and it's basically a mystery album...no date, no artist
and no record company (although distributed by Aim Record Distribution in NYC)

To my ears it sounds like just one guy sitting in a room entertaining himself,
I can't imagine any child worth his or her salt ever listening to it...but since we live
in comical and ironic times an album like this brings much joy to discerning adults.

Honestly the guy singer here sorta sounds like the guy (singer) in The Residents
(or maybe a semi-demented James Taylor) but don't let my opinion color your
listening experience. Side Two plays very well but unfortunately Side One
cuts off after most of the first song (bummer) but I will return
to the religious thrift store and see if they have another special
copy. Hope you like the album...please enjoy...indeed!

JODI STOLOVE'S CHAIR DANCING

I had many diverse high hopes for this cassette tape album which really
was purchased for a few modest cents over at the nice religious thrift store
in exciting urban Bellflower (California) last week...but I never figured it would
turn out to be so very intrinsically entertaining. As the title states, this album
is all about exercising whilst "seated comfortably on a chair" and it certainly is!

Jodi Stolove is sure exuberant and specific with her concise instructions
and she has about a million words of wisdom ("say NO to inactivity...")
and so here's the album in two big happy exer-sensational sections
and can't forget the musical backing which is always right there!
